No one is born as transgender. Let say a human walked into a doctor office says that I'm think I'm born as amputee I don't have leg. I want to remove my leg. The doctor will transcribe the patient as mental illness. Then a guy walked into the same doctor's office and says Im a women. The doctor says congratulations and proceed to remove the penis. Wtf. You have a healthy part of body and you want to remove it? Human gender are binaries either male or female. The patient are grown in a false perception

Accepting the truth

Yeah, I'm know that I'm just a fat guy. I do have the ambition to lose weight but it though to do it. I have been trying for years but it just same. No progression to thinner body but only vice versa.
